How the limits work
“First 25” means each library’s permanent registration order, not its current active student count. Deleting records does not reset these slots. Students after the first 25 can still be added, edited and viewed on Free.
The expense limit counts successful new entries by server calendar month. Editing, deleting or backdating an expense does not reset usage. When Pro expires, existing data stays readable and Free limits apply.
