2. Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and give access only to authorised people. You are responsible for the records you enter and for having permission to process student data. Do not upload unlawful content, misuse identity documents, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service.
3. Free and App Pro
Free and paid entitlements are described on the plan comparison page. Current price, duration and applicable offers are displayed in the app before purchase. Pro features depend on an active subscription. When it expires, Free limits apply while existing records remain readable.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Check the plan and amount before paying. Contact us with transaction details if activation fails, you are charged twice or you dispute a charge. See Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded.
5. Records and availability
You should check invoices, calculations, student dates and exports before relying on them. Highlights depend on the stored records and selected dates. This app is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Internet, server and maintenance issues may affect availability; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
6. Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Request account and data deletion using the deletion page. You remain responsible for compliance with privacy obligations relating to students and staff authorised to use your account.
7. Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Contact us if you have a complaint or need clarification.
